Customer Service

Dedicated and experienced Account Executives are our front line. They are trained and qualified to understand our customers' markets and policies. They are responsible for coordinate the different aspects of the order within Wise Pearl, including product development, production and shipment. Making sure our customers get what they want, when and where they need it.

We like to think of our Account Executives as if they were our customers' staff stationed in our factory. We expect our Account Executives to be the voice and champion of the customers within the company, and to consistently communicate and update our customers on developments.

Product Development

The product development team supports our customers in the crucial process of product creation. We are there every step of the way from concept to fully designed, specified and tested product.

With superior knowledge of the market, products, technology and costing, our developers help deliver the right products, on-time and on-budget.

As part of our effort to improve efficiency at our factories, we regularly conduct waste reductions projects by applying lean tools and lean thinking to our shop-floor:

Beyond using a statistical controlled end of process "Final Goods Inspection", we build in check-points and in-process quality inspections, this helps prevent us from "adding value" to products that will need to be reworked or scrapped.
